1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and papa4d ("Company", "We", "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available through the papa4d website.

Papa4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another party.
• Any suspicious use of your account must be reported to the papa4d support team immediately.
• Papa4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

4. Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

In all circumstances, papa4d's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your papa4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

Papa4d reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Reporting any illegal or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, papa4d reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity pending investigation. Final decisions regarding such balances are conclusive.
